Three and four year-olds get a fast-paced, fun exposure to the most popular sport in the world. Classes focus on foot-eye coordination, balance, jumping, dribbling, and scoring. Future-kickers classes will also introduce the concepts of teamwork and cooperation (groups of 2 & 3). Hoppers classes are 45 minutes long once a week.

The Summit Family YMCA Youth Soccer program is designed as a recreational outlet for children ages 4-11.
Fun, fair play and skills acquisition are all emphasized by volunteer coaches. Each 8 & 9 and 10 & 11 year old
teams will practice once per week. Ages 4 & 5 and 6 & 7 will practice prior to their games. Fall Soccer next

The Summit Family YMCA Youth Soccer program is designed as a recreational outlet for children ages 7-12
years old. Fun, fair play and skills acquisition are all emphasized by volunteer coaches. Games will be played at the YMCA on Saturdays. Each player will receive a YMCA soccer t-shirt. There will be a parent information night held on Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00 PM in the Dr. Gene Tyre Community Room. The season begins Saturday, March 29th. Register AND pay by June 30 and receive $5 off each registration. Walk-up registration AND uniform pickup will be July 19 and 26, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Tyrone Recreation Center. Also check the website for summer soccer camp which will be held June 23-27, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
