Kedron Fieldhouse & Aquatic Center in Peachtree City has two pools (Large Pool & Small Pool). The pool is generally open on weekdays from 12:30pm -9pm for open swim. On weekends, the hours are 1pm - 7pm. Please call the pool at 770-631-2525 before you go to make sure the pool will be open. There are times where lessons and team practices are being held and the pool is closed to guests. Per visit costs are: Children ages 0-2 are free, 3-11 cost $2, 12-64 cost $3, and 65 + cost $2. This State Park was created to protect a 100-acre granite monadnock (mountain) often compared to Stone Mountain and Arabia Mountain. Hikers can explore on their own or enjoy a ranger guided tour. Children especially enjoy the interpretive center with animal exhibits. Pets are not allowed on most trails. Bicycles are allowed only on the paved PATH trail. The pass is good for free parking or admission at any of the 63 parks and historic sites statewide for up to five days. You must be a Georgia resident with a valid library card to obtain the ParkPass. Supplies are limited so plan early and check with your library for availability.

See native and non-native reptiles and amphibians and learn why they are so important to our ecosystem. Experts are always on hand to answer your questions. You will get a chance to touch some of the animals like this 11ft. Albino Burmese Python named “Marigold”. Admission is $4.00 for members and $5.00 for non-members. Kids under 2 are free. There will also be guided canoeing, arts & crafts & food for sale. Reptile experts will be presenting educational talks throughout the day. Note: Local country artist Jason Coley will be performing from 1:00-4:00.
