The Atlanta Zoo offers this special program sponsored by Fisher Price for ages 2 to 3 and their favorite grownups. This is a hands-on program that allows you both to explore different toddler-friendly concepts about animals through three classroom sessions. Sessions run once a week for three weeks on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday. All topics and activities are designed specifically for the developmental needs of 2 and 3 year olds. This fun-filled, confidence building course is designed to teach acting and performance skills through creative dramatic activities. Under the leadership of certified drama instructor Amy Beaucham, the students will engage in delightful improvisation and theater games each week that develop stage presence, creativity, and expression. Students will also be taught auditioning, puppetry, and stage battle skills. Location: Kedron Elementary. Eight Classes held on the following dates: January 11th, January 25th, February 1st, February 22nd, March 1st, March 8th, March 15th, and March 22nd. Cost: $150.

Under the leadership of certified drama instructor Amy Beaucham, students will develop theatrical skills and prepare for a performance of musical numbers, student monologues and a presentation of the play "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." Classes begin on February 2nd with an optional hour of set construction preceding the March 23rd class. Dress rehearsal will be held Thursday, April 29th from 5:30 to 7:30. The performance will take place on Friday, April 30th at 6pm on the Kedron Stage. Cost is $250.00 and includes class materials, T-Shirt, certificate, trophy, costume, admission to show for friends/ family, and sound costs.
